… that I freaking LOVE my sweet new job?!

Um, or that I HAVE a sweet new job?! That is totally sweet?! Full o’ the awesome sweetness?!

Oh. Well, I do. And it is.

    Okay… I still work as a writer-editor for a government agency, but it is a different agency, and I am managing web content for that agency’s website, rather than writing animal and plant health regulations.

    Yes. I used to write REGULATIONS. That’s right, y’all! I was The Man!

    Oh, and did I mention the sweet new commute? Which does NOT involve getting up at 4 a.m. and spending a gazillion dollars in gas?
