It will solve all these problems. You may have to walk there and stay in a cardboard box down by the river ... but the ice cream may in fact pack your boxes and dust your new house. Or at least after you eat this ice cream you might feel like tackling this issues. My fav flavor- toffee chip! All I have to say is that when you are in Cincy you need to have Grater’s Ice Cream.
