Anticipating Harry Potter

The new Harry Potter flick comes out on July 15, so obviously I pre-ordered my tickets and took annual leave from work. Hey! Clearly I am totally doing this for the CHILDREN. Because this is what good parents DO. They selflessly put their children’s interests FIRST. They possibly even save up fifty bucks or so to buy the children (and themselves… for SOLIDARITY ) snacks of some sort– say, popcorn and milkduds– and collector’s edition Harry Potter soda cups. YOU know, with the cool holographic pictures of Harry or Ron or Hermione or whomever, like, doing something super cool and holographic-worthy? PERHAPS. If the theaters have them in stock, of course. Because it is all about the CHILDREN. I mentioned that, right?
Just thought I’d share.

Pssst….I don’t want to spoil this for you or anything but someone dies…..http://www.desperateworkingmomma.com/2005/07/16/do-not-disturb/
Wow. I don’t mean to brag– okay, that isn’t true at ALL, I’m a total braggart– but I SO called the whole situation with the Person Who Killed So-and-So not actually killing So-and-So for the reasons it APPEARED he– or she!–killed So-and-So… Geez. Is it still a spoiler if the book has been out for several years?! Because confusing?! Also, I totally called the whole Tom Cruise isn’t gay thing. (Shut it. He’s NOT.)
(Oh, that comment was in response to the old post I found by following the link you included, William, in which I awesomely predicted many a thing.)
I’m there too. TOTALLY ready for the movie, and yes my son is allowed to come along too
SO EXCITED to see it.
Soooo…how was it?
